Personal Information
Name: Faith Masnee
Place of Birth: North England
Age/Year: 5th year
House: any...
Gender: female
Description
Eye color: (Stay in reality. No 'eyes that can change colors' or something like that): Green
Hair color: Black
Overall Appearance:(Give five full sentences describing this): Her long face and straight (sometimes curly) long hair makes her look long though she is not that tall. Her cheekbones are are very prominent and can sometimes be harsh looking her. Her skin is tan, her parents being from Africa. Her eyes are sly and always seem to be looking right at you. She is actually fairly nice looking though she is not opposed with looks.
Personality: (At least ten full lines) Very different and changeable! Faith is always changing, one second she will be mad and angry storming off but the next smiling and happy. She is normally very loud and outgoing but that can also change in a second. She would rather be talking to her friends in class then studying but she still does well on tests and quizzes and hands in all her homework. You never know what is going to happen when you are around her. She isn't a bad girl but does give into peer pressure very easily. Another thing about her is she always seems to know what is going on, no one knows exactly why. She doesn't take comments people say about her too personally usually, but sometimes she will think about things too much and get confused. But sometimes she doesn't know when to stop, which can lead to make situations. She also can't read body or hand signals too well. It takes her a while to figure things out sometimes. (sorry that is all I got right now for personality, I am trying to think of more...she is a new character for me..)
Likes: talking, boys, friends, parents at times
Dislikes: parents, siblings, annoying people, people who don't talk
Flaws: doesn't know when to stop, not that bright, not good at puzzles, awful flyer
Family
Parents: Kate and Seon Masnee
Siblings: one younger sister, Kayla 10 years old
Extended (Distant family, close friends, etc.): Grandma: Mamar Masnee
History (At least two lengthy paragraphs / 15 lines): When Faith was born they thought she was a little miracle. They gave her lots of pampering until she was about 2 months old when they began to slack off. Now they kind of regret it but it is true. when her sister was born Faith was in disgust, she didn't like Kayla and still doesn't. They are similar but they still hate each other.
She has lived in England all her life, her parents never moving from either lack of money or they never wanted to. She has been different places though, that her parents brought her when she was younger. As she got older they left her and her sister behind. Some of the places she has visited includes Africa, the USA, Ireland, France, and The Netherlands. On her trip to Africa she met her grandmother, Mamar Masnee and they instantly became best friends. Mamar is also a witch though it doesn't mean much to either of them. Faith goes to her for all her comfort and the occasional package is always from her.
Her magic was found one day when she was mad at Kayla and her parents praised her while it just made her and Kayla grow farther apart. She had 2 more months of pampering until her parents left her alone. She had been discovering magic for herself ever since. She never went to a real school before this school except for the occasional lesson from her non-caring parents.
She got her wand the last time she was with her Grandmother. Mamar payed all expenses for Faith to come down to Africa where she got a unique African Savannah Tree wood wand with phoenix feather. It is her most beloved object and protects it with her life.
Faith has made tons of friends during her years at school and is waiting to get even more. Her parents pampered her for the first 2 months she went to school then completely forgot about her giving Faith lots of freedom. She doesn't miss her parents but sometimes she wishes she was getting more packages from the owls in the great hall, then the occasional one from her grandmother. She also learned her first year that she was not a flyer and probably never would be.
Other Kyle loves Rain
Pets (Maximum is two): not right now but will be getting a Kitten
Wand: 10 1/2 inches African Wood with phoenix feather
Broom (Optional): none
Anything else (Optional): nope
Roleplay Example (Minimum of at least two paragraphs): (It is from a horse RP site....)
Susie's head was spinning with ideas on how to get enough money for Velsie. The fjord's owner was selling her for about 3,500 but she said it could be negotiable. 3,500 dollars......plus board and feed and vet and farrier! Yikes... She was working every second she could get to her own here at Pinewood Stable's and part time cleaning dishes in a bar. Not too many places would hire a 17 year old who was living on her own illegally in an apartment. Her mother wouldn't give her any money even if she wanted to ask. Susie had left her mother knowing that she could never give her anything that she needed. Father? She barely even knew the definition of the word.
Today, 10 stalls, 3 saddles, and 2 bridles and now it was time to go wash dishes. She wouldn't get home until about 11:30 that night where she would have yet another microwave dinner that was on sale. Maybe she would stop at McDonald's and pick up a $1 meal. Fall asleep at midnight and be awake by 7 and at the barn at 7:30 to work for another day. The only thing that made her wake up each morning was the worn picture of Velsie by her bedside that her owner had gave her. All of this was for Velsie, for the horse she wanted so bad. At age 5 Velsie still had a lot of training but that just gave Susie more time to be and ride her. That was if she got enough money before she was sold off.
Her apartment which she now called "home" was barely an apartment at all. It had three tiny rooms probably the size of a normal person's living room or kitchen. It had a bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom. No matter how much Susie cleaned it in the middle of the night, the stains in the floors would still not come out, the smell from the bathroom wouldn't leave, and the blankets would not be clean enough for her to use without worrying what disease she was catching now.
Here we go again!
